Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities on site.
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, and suppliers.
Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Identify hazards and take corrective action.
To maintain attendance report and update by daily.
To compile, record, photostat, file and send back all the Delivery Order (DO) and other related document to HQ at least once a week.
To generate attendance report and compile day work summary for general workers by fortnightly.
To receive and distributing of incoming documents for the office with proper record of distribution.
To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Experience as Site Supervisor in construction industry is preferably.
Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of construction/ site operations is helpful
Able to keep clear and organized records

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
