Job Description

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of full time site supervision experience.

Have Experiance in Structure (Bridge), Piling, Drainage is compulsary as it is JKR Project

Willing to work at FT362, Jalan Labu, Negeri Sembilan. Valid driving license.

Responsibilities :

To supervise site operation and work progress. Able to monitor, planning & supervise site daily works to ensure works done in accordance to construction plans specification, quality requirements & safety measurement. Scheduling and delegating tasks to construction workers and subcontractors. Collaborate with relevant parties (e.g: workers/contractor/subcontractor) to ensure all the works are conduct as agreed. Performing regular inspections on construction site to ensure the project stays on track with deadlines and the work techniques are correct and safe. Reporting to superior especially any discrepancies/potential delays in work. Coordinating material deliveries and equipment usage for optimal efficiency. Maybe assign for attend the site meeting with related party. Able to perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management. To attend to client-consultant meetings and site meetings and sub-con coordination meeting and to prepare monthly report. To assist Project Manager for preparation of construction program. To verify and attend to site progress claim evaluation by main contractors and NSCs. To undertake any assignment to be given by the management from time to time as decided by the management. (Standard working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm). Independent and a team player.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
