• Candidates must possess SPM, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Strong knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes and site operations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, plans, and specifications.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, project management software).

Tanggungjawab

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with project managers and other site supervisors for smooth project execution.
• Work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Read and interpret construction drawings.
• Coordinate sub-contractor works on-site.
• Monitor delivery of construction materials to ensure quantity and quality match purchase orders.
• Supervise site operations to meet project deadlines per schedule, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and address safety concerns.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders regarding site progress, challenges, and changes to project scope.
