Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Preferably specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

To supervise and monitor site worker efficiency and productivity of progress on site.
To arrange regular meeting with worker or sub-contractor to match targeted schedule and resolve site matters.
To attend all project site meeting as well as technical meeting with client or consultant.
Submit the site progress report.
Ensure consistently high of standard work and quality standards in accordance with products specification.
Direct and Supervise day to day operations of project team as per operational procedures.
Ensure all material requisitions are adequate and timely.
Control and monitor all work to be completed as per the project schedule.
* Liaise with Project Manager regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.
