Job Description
- Spotting and addressing potential safety issues.
- Monitoring worker attendance.
- Supervise sub-contractor to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Attend site meetings and report site progress from time to time.
- Liaise with consultant, main contractor and sub-contractor at construction site.
- Monitor site progress and report to the superior.
- Submit progress claims.
- Assessing staff productivity and implementing disciplinary measures if needed.
- Ensuring the team\xe2\x80\x99s high quality of work.
- Informing company of equipment repair or maintenance.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in handling construction sites project in the past
