Job Description

Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 To supervise and monitor day to day site works to ensure all work to be done following the requirements. \xc2\xb7 Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors. \xc2\xb7 To liaise with sub-contractors to ensure all works are carry out as per drawing and specification. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all work is completed according to dateline and planning. \xc2\xb7 To manage, monitor and control site construction to reduce material wastage, and plant and machinery idling. \xc2\xb7 To understand and coordinate Structural & Architectural Drawing. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all materials delivered to site are as per approved specifications \xc2\xb7 Ensure the enforcement and compliance of safety standards at site. \xc2\xb7 To record daily work progress. \xc2\xb7 Report to superior of any site issues Requirements: \xc2\xb7 At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 year of working experience \xc2\xb7 Analytical and able to work independently \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills \xc2\xb7 Responsible, disciplined, team player and hard working \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project will have added advantage \xc2\xb7 Willing to work full time on site \xc2\xb7 Willing to work in Selangor and KL areas \xc2\xb7 Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage) \xc2\xb7 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday; 8.30am to 5.30am Interested candidates please send your resume to enquiry0carriera0com0my or call us at 017-7679688.
