Job Description

Minimum education at least Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related discipline.
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Contract Manager
Non-Executive with experience in interior renovation are encouraged to apply.
Posses own transport.
May require to travel to different locations for several projects.
This position is based on site and is required to work on Saturdays.
Willing to work on Sunday and Public Holiday when required.
Able to withstand pressure and work independently.
Team player, Hardworking and Reliable.
Responsibilities
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications and timeline.
Plan and manage all site related matters.
Administer health and safety policies on site.
Familiarize with construction drawings and work schedule.
Participate in site meetings.
Work very closely with vendors and sub-contractors.
Receive and check any items/stock delivery to site.
Prepare site daily report.
