Job Description

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all day-to-day operations on the construction site. Coordinate subcontractors to meet contractual conditions of performance. Review work progress on a daily basis and ensure timely project delivery. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Prepare and submit project estimates, budgets, and work timetables. Resolving onsite conflicts and handle any emergencies that may arise. Communicate effectively with the project stakeholders and clients. Maintain detailed and accurate site reports and documentation. Prepare and submit the monthly report.

Site Supervisor Requirements:

Well experience atleast 1-2 years in supervise work (ID) and manage manpower on site. Excellent communication skills. Motivation to work through busy shifts. Willing to Travel/Outstation Age around 23-29 Years Old Male and Still Single
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
