Job Description

:

To supervise site operation and work progress according to the project's timeline.

To check all work to be done according to specifications and drawings.

To liaise with the project team, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.

To initiate, plan, coordinate, and supervise the project's construction works, sub-contractors, and general workers.

To attend and rectify defect works for projects completed.

To prepare work schedules for ongoing projects.

To report updated progress or issues related

To coordinate, inspect & checking sub-contractors work

To oversee & manage maintenance projects

To have a good understanding of drawings and design works.

Any other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to work independently and have strong communication skills.

Possess own transport and able to handle multiple works at sites.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
