Job Summary

Responsible for supervising and coordinating site activities for infrastructure and telecommunication deployment works. Ensures all site operations are executed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in compliance with design and permit requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations, including civil, structural, and installation works for telco and infrastructure projects. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, and equipment to ensure project progress meets schedule and specification. Ensure all works comply with drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements. Conduct site inspections and report any deviations, delays, or technical issues to the Project Engineer/Manager. Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and landlords for site access, permits, and inspections. Verify materials delivered to site match project requirements and ensure proper storage and usage. Prepare daily site progress reports, manpower records, and photo documentation. Support testing, commissioning, and site acceptance activities. Ensure compliance with company safety, health, and environmental policies. Perform other related duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Certificate in Civil, Electrical, or Telecommunication Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant site supervision experience in infrastructure or telco deployment projects (OSP/ISP, fiber, tower, or civil works). Strong knowledge of site procedures, quality standards, and safety practices. Able to read and interpret construction and technical drawings. Good communication and coordination skills with contractors and clients. Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel to multiple project sites. Fresh graduates with a technical background and willingness to work on-site are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
