We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee interior renovation projects. The role requires coordination of on-site activities to ensure works are carried out according to plans, within the given timeframe and budget, and in line with company standards.

Supervise daily renovation works on-site to ensure they follow design plans and specifications.
Coordinate subcontractors' schedules and monitor their attendance and performance.
Troubleshoot technical or site issues and provide timely solutions.
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
Ensure safety and health regulations are followed on-site.
Perform quality checks and ensure workmanship meets standards.
Manage delivery and inspection of materials on-site.
Communicate with the design team and office for any technical clarifications or updates.
Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma
in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Graduates from
recognized vocational or skills-based institutions
(Kolej Kemahiran, Kolej Vokasional, TVET and many more) are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum
1 year
of on-site experience (fresh grads will be considered).
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and design plans.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is a plus.
Ability to identify & utilize the different skills & talents of worker.
Excellent negotiating & interpersonal skills.
