Job Description

:

Perform initial site inspection and do site measurement to confirm as per site drawings provided by project manager. Handle daily project follow up and monitor site progress and prepare site reports in timely manner. Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc jobs / projects as and when required by the management from time to time. Update own internal team on outstanding site issues and facilitate internal discussions to optimize project deliverables terms of cost, delivery timeframe, and quality. Handle and resolve external & internal customers enquiries in a timely manner. Liaison for material and stock delivery from / to designated project site.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent. Proficient spoken, read and written in Bahasa Melayu & English. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage (Speak, read & write). Competent in basic Microsoft Office Word / Excel / Powerpoint. Ability to multitask, organized & good time management skills. Resourceful, self-motivated & team player. Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
