Job Description

:

Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as planned. Supervise and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and meets quality standards. Enforce health and safety regulations on-site. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Address and resolve any safety concerns promptly. Communicate with the Project Manager regarding progress, issues, and resource needs. Monitor material usage and ensure availability of necessary supplies. Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and work logs. Ensure all construction work meets quality standards and specifications. Identify and resolve any on-site issues or technical challenges. Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in [Construction/Manufacturing/Other Industry]. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical drawings. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in [mention any relevant software, e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office]. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours if necessary. On-site presence required; occasional travel may be necessary.
