Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and design specifications.
Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, including the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel, to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and other project-related documents to ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
