Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily on-site construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Lead and manage sub-contractor teams, ensuring productivity, teamwork, and adherence to project plans. Conduct regular inspections to verify that work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Enforce safety regulations, promote a safety-first culture, and ensure compliance with site rules. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, work progress, and material usage. Resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays and maintain smooth workflow. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and management to address technical or operational issues. Ensure proper housekeeping, organized work areas, and compliance with environmental and safety standards. Prepare and maintain basic site documentation, reports, and records as required. Support project managers in achieving timelines, quality targets, and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in the construction industry, preferably with project experience. Able to work in

any construction environment

Self-motivated

and able to work independently. Candidates who can

start immediately

will be given preference.

Internship available

for fresh graduates.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
