- Relevant experience in piping construction or pipe jacking site supervision.
- Able to transport between Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur areas.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Oversee and coordinate daily activities at the piping construction or pipe jacking site.
- Manage and supervise the work of subcontractors and site workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and report on work schedules and deadlines.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
- Collaborate with the project team and communicate project updates.
