Job Description

(A) MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible all Sub contractors, Health and Safety, Labour, Plant / Vehicles and Materials. Monitor sub-contractor's architectural work to achieve the targeted progress as per work program. Inspect site work, supervise, and guide the sub-contractor to ensure achievement of targeted completion date as per work schedule. To check all construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies. To arrange, inspect and monitor construction works by casual workers and subcontractors. To arrange for proper unloading and storage of materials. To assist Project Engineer on the arrangements of all site materials, equipment and labours for daily works. To monitor and manage construction activities of appointed sub-contractors at site(s) to ensure completion of work

(B) COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Education Level

Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or any related field.

Working Experience

At least (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Special Knowledge / Skill

Able to read & write in English & Malay. Possess a professional disposition and good attitude. Able to undertake pressure and meet tight deadlines. Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time by the supervisor or management.*

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
