Job Description

Supervise and coordinate site activities, including workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and materials. Ensure all work is executed in line with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Monitor site progress, prepare daily reports, and update project management on timelines and issues. Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements. Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and on-site inspections. Manage site housekeeping and maintain an organized, safe working environment. Assist in workforce planning, including scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.

Qualification

SPM/Certificate/Diploma Minimum 1 year experience working as site supervisor
