Job Requirements:-
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Basic knowledge of first aid practices
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work for long hours/nightwork
- Detail-oriented and a team player
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor
- Familiarity and working knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must possess own form of transportation
Job Responsibilities: -
- Carries out coordination of job assignments
- Supervise processes and ensure smooth operations
- To coordinate and liaise with customer/main contractor/other vendors
- Able to foresee and resolve installation problems
- To read construction drawings
- To travel and be present at different sites
- To be pro-active and perform other duties as and when required by the job
- Usual statutory contributions, in accordance to law
- Leave : Paternity, Maternity, Medical. Hospitalization, First Marriage
- Insurance : Personal Accident and Group Healthcare (upon confirmation only)
- Annual Leave
- EPF / SOCSO / PCB
- Training Provided
- Overtime Pay
- Medical and Hospitalisation Leave
