Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the works.
- To ensure projects meet the stipulated quality requirement by closely monitoring and supervising the work of the contractors.
- Day to day management record of the working progress and any other necessary report as per site condition.
- Responsible for overall site management of project activities, material control and reduce wastages at site workforce.
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings.
- Control quantities for all material use of work.
- To monitor and coordinate site progress.
- Follow up with main-contractor and check construction work, progress claim & variation order.
- Site problem solving and follow up with sub-contractor.
- Other tasks as indicated by management and Director.
Experience: Minimum of at least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
