Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.

2. Manage and assign tasks to workers to ensure smooth workflow.

3. Ensure works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and schedule.

4. Inspect materials, workmanship, and ensure quality standards are maintained.

5. Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and material storage.

6. Prepare daily site reports, manpower tracking, and progress records.

7. Report any delays, issues, or non-conformances to the Project Engineer and Project Manager.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Preferably a Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in building or infrastructure construction projects.

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).

- Strong understanding of construction processes.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Able to read and interpret construction drawings.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Familiar with safety and quality control requirements.
