Site Supervisor( Construction)- Johor Bahru
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily job assignments and supervise site operations
Ensure work processes run smoothly and efficiently
Liaise and coordinate with clients, main contractors and vendors
Identify and resolve site or installation issues effectively
Read and interpret construction drawings
Willing to travel and attend multiple project sites
Proactive and able to perform additional tasks as required
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in a related field
Good knowledge of health & safety standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor is an added advantage
