Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site operations and manpower. Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site issues. Prepare and maintain site reports, records, and progress documentation. Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance. Record daily manpower and activity summaries. Attend site meetings and assist in planning and scheduling of works. Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Construction Manager. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

Requirement

2-3 years' experience

in high-rise building construction. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD is compulsory.

Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety regulations. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
