Job Description

to supervise site operation and work progress to liaise with sub-contractors on the works sequence, quality of works, manpower, material and machinery usage. to resolve construction technical matters and problems, discrepancy of drawings. to supervise and assign daily workforce for general workers. to attend site meetings and sub-contractors meeting and to prepare monthly report. to monitor and schedule materials delivery, machinery mobilization and small equipment. to prepare work program and progress report. to liaise with Consultants and Clients for detailed drawing, specification and variation orders. to verify and attend to site progress claim evaluation by main contractor and su-contractors. to undertake any assignment to be given by the management from time to time as required.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Candidate must posses at least Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Construction or equivalent. Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry. However, fresh graduate are also welcomed to apply. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu To be based at all project sites within Klang Valley (Petaling Jaya, Semenyih, Shah Alam) Posses own transport to travel. Able to multi-task at work.
