Oversee and manage all daily operations on the project site from early until handover the project.
Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and meets quality standards.
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the daily activities of the workers and subcontractors.
Inspect, review, and monitor the project in order to meet the compliance and regulations.
Prepare, update and submit the progress reports regarding the project.
Implement health and safety measures, and ensure all workers follow these protocols.
Resolve work problems or recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Order, recheck the quantity and quality of the material from the supplier.
Prepare monthly report.
Site Supervisor Requirements:
A Experience 1-2 years in supervise work(ID) and manage man power on site.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexible working hours.
Prior experience in project coordination/sites.
Excellent customer service skills.
Motivation to work through busy shifts.
Willing to travel/Outstation
Age around 26-30 Years Old
Preferred Malay, Male and single
