Job description:

1. Execute and plan of job assignments as directed by the Engineer.

2. Perform Electrical Equipment Maintenance, Cathodic Protection Survey, Corrosion Monitoring and UT Key Point Monitoring. This includes retrieving and changing out corrosion coupons and probes using appropriate retrieval tools, service valves and auxiliary equipment.

3. Conduct soil resistivity tests, cathodic protection installations and corrosion surveys which involve taking pipe-to-soil potentials, performing current measurement tests, detecting coating defects, locating shorts and gathering data for analysis.

4. Maintain and update progress reports, quality control reports and CP system commissioning report.

5. To undertake lightning protection system installation and other related works.

Job requirement:

1. Candidate must hold at least a Diploma or Certificate in Electrical and Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

2. Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the related field, particularly in electrical equipment or cathodic protection system.

3. Must possess valid driving license class D.

4. Willingness to travel interstate.

5. Good command in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

6. The ideal candidate should be dedicated, honest and eager to grow within the Company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
