Job Description

To coordinate and supervise sub-contractors, suppliers and workers. Preparation of paperwork including daily site report with progress pictures, checking and taking of site measurements, checking of claim's quantity and report to Project Manager. Involves inspecting home units for visible defects, such as misaligned panels or other installation issues, and highlighting any findings for further action. Day to day management of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time and quality. Blue Print reading, layout and planning of the day-to-day work. Execution of work in accordance to drawings and specifications/quality required. Ensure that the project is completely handed over without defect works. To work closely with the project team and assist and support the superior to manage and complete project documentations and delivery.

Requirement:

Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor Good communication & time management skills (Daily reporting) Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines target Possess technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issue. Experience in renovation/interior design company is a plus!

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
