The Site Worker (Plumbing Specialist) is responsible for carrying out renovation works on-site with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance for short-term rental units. This role ensures that renovation and maintenance work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards, supporting the company's goal of delivering fully functional and guest-ready units.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plumbing & Maintenance Works
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including piping, water supply, drainage, and sanitary fittings.
Troubleshoot and rectify plumbing issues (e.g., leaks, blockages, water pressure problems) during renovation or after handover.
Install bathroom and kitchen fixtures (e.g., sinks, water closets, taps, showers, heaters).

Renovation Site Work
Assist with general renovation works such as minor carpentry, tiling, and painting, lighting installation when required.
Support site coordinators and contractors in executing renovation scopes according to project plans.
Follow safety standards and ensure work sites are kept clean and organized.
3. Quality Control & Compliance
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with building codes, company standards, and guest-readiness requirements.
Ensure all plumbing works are durable, leak-free, and cost-efficient.
Report material usage, damages, or defects to the site coordinator.

Collaboration & Support
Work closely with renovation team, site coordinators, and procurement staff to ensure timely material supply.
Coordinate with interior designers to install plumbing fixtures as per design requirements.
Assist in urgent repair works for existing short-term rental units when needed.
Requirements
At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in plumbing and renovation site work.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, sanitary fittings, and installation methods.
Familiarity with basic renovation works (carpentry, tiling, painting) is an advantage.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions.
Physically fit and able to work on-site.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a positive working attitude.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
