Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

Ensure compliance with transportation, customs, and safety regulations Manage logistics documents: invoices, DOs, BLs, customs forms Prepare shipping instructions, packing lists & commercial invoices Handle customs documentation: K1/K2, permits, LOI/A, etc. Prepare Certificate of Origin (COO) and liaise with MITI for endorsements Manage LMW activities, ensuring accurate tracking and HS code usage Oversee LMW waste compliance procedures

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate shipment, customs, and invoice records Liaise with customs & related authorities for import/export matters Prepare monthly LMW raw material & finished goods reports Process duty drawback claims for export shipments Ensure FTA compliance & stay updated with latest rules

Process Improvement & Cost Optimization

Identify gaps and propose improvements for logistics and LMW processes Support cost-saving initiatives through data and process analysis

Main Tasks

SAP system management Monthly LMW reporting Inventory control and stock monitoring Logistics and supply chain coordination Cross-department collaboration

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Minimum 5 years' experience

in LMW, logistics, inventory control, warehouse, or FTA Strong proficiency in

SAP

(warehouse & inventory modules) Experienced with duty drawback, SST, customs clearance & freight operations Strong understanding of

Malaysian customs regulations & LMW requirements

Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint Able to work independently and meet deadlines Experience applying PCO & communicating with

MITI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
