Manage access, pantry, meeting rooms, visitor support, and vendor coordination
Ensure smooth and efficient office operations
2. Drive Process Improvements & Efficiency
Identify operational gaps and streamline workflows
Document onboarding/offboarding processes, pantry restocking, vendor management, etc.
3. Support Office Transition Planning
Assist in gathering requirements for a self-managed office
Coordinate property viewings, quotations, and shortlist potential spaces
4. Lead Office Relocation & New Office Setup
Manage fit-outs, vendor onboarding, logistics, and move-in coordination
Set up facilities, utilities, safety protocols, and supply systems
5. Foster a Positive Workplace Culture
Build strong rapport with team members
Organize engagement activities and light cultural initiatives
Help maintain a collaborative and energized environment
Job Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of experience
managing daily office operations and coordinating vendors.
Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to streamline and document workflows.
Hands-on experience supporting office transitions, including space planning and vendor coordination.
Proven track record in office relocations or setting up new office environments.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
