Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Customer Engagement & Consultation
Provide personalised skincare advice to customers based on their skin type, concerns, and needs.
Sales Support & Achievement
Promote and recommend skincare products to achieve monthly sales targets set by the outlet/brand.
Product Display & Merchandising
Ensure skincare shelves, testers, and displays are clean, organised, and aligned with brand presentation standards.
Product Knowledge Sharing
Stay updated on skincare ingredients, product benefits, and new launches.
Educate customers and retail staff when needed.
Customer Feedback & Market Trends
Collect customer comments, identify popular products, and monitor competitor offerings to support improvement.
