Job Description
Store Managers are responsible for helping customers find the products that best meet their needs while meeting sales targets. This is achieved by growing the customer base, promoting customer loyalty and delivering excellent customer service. This role is also responsible for promoting a positive and professional image of the organisation.
Store Managers have additional managerial duties that include assisting the Area Manager to lead, direct and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store and its personnel.
