Job Description

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customers' concerns or requirements, market needs (demands) or trends, and competitors' market share in order to achieve projected sales revenue.

2. Analyse daily calls and follow up with potential customers' enquiries by preparing quotation or answering related questions.

3. Review weekly sales call with superior and provide recommendations in order to secure new business.

4. Understand the company's business structure, products and catering industry by starting with ground works, knowledge trainings, market survey and self-initiative restaurant visits.

5. Provide strategic and practical plans to increase market shares and expand to new markets.

6. Build strong relationship with potential customers by visiting their restaurants, assisting on enquiries or providing impromptu service such as during peak seasons.

7. Organize marketing and promotional activities to enhance market awareness and shares.

8. Serve newly secured customers up to 3 months and work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth business operation.

9. Resolve customers' complaints related to sales or services immediately by collaborating with relevant departments and escalating to superiors if necessary.

10. Collect and analyse customer satisfaction survey and take appropriate actions plans to retain customers.

11. Responsible to perform customers credit check and document all important customers' information and requirements (includes filling out necessary application forms) before proceeding with business transactions.

12. Constantly identify the supply chain issues and propose improvement areas needed, and prepare weekly sales reports to superiors.

13. Assist on account receivable (AR) issue and monitor newly secured customers' outstanding payments.

14. Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

15. Follow and obey to company's policies and regulations.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
