Job description
:
- Lead and manage changes/restructuring to organization structure Group-wide.
- Leads and maintains Job Grades, s and Job Competencies Group-wide.
- Performs and authorizes job evaluations.
- Implemented a Job Levelling framework to streamline all jobs and JGs in the Group.
- Implemented Job Management framework to document and approve job evaluations and grade changes.
- Define job competencies of each job to be the base for development and competency assessment
- Master\'s degree in organizational psychology, organizational development, or business administration preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years\' experience as an organizational development specialist in a related industry.
