Smart Home Solutions Specialist
-- someone who can bridge the gap between customer needs and technology, providing tailored solutions that make everyday living smarter, safer, and more efficient. This is not just a sales role -- it's a chance to become a trusted consultant, a problem-solver, and an ambassador of innovation.
What You'll Do
Handle customer inquiries (walk-in, online, and project-based) and deliver tailored smart home consultations.
Design and propose complete smart home solutions, including automation, security, lighting, entertainment, and energy efficiency.
Work closely with the retail sales team to support customers who are exploring project-level integration.
Collaborate with installers and technical teams to ensure seamless configuration, setup, and customer handover.
Partner with interior designers, contractors, and furnishing companies to introduce smart home solutions into new projects.
Deliver product demos and presentations to inspire customer confidence.
Stay updated with the latest smart home technologies, trends, and ecosystem integrations.
Train and support retail teams with product knowledge and solution-selling skills.
Who We're Looking For
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related fields (SPM holders with strong experience are welcome).
1-3 years of experience in smart home, IT, electronics, or solution-based sales.
Strong interest in home automation, IoT, and future-forward technologies.
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in handling both individual clients and B2B partners.
Willingness to learn installation and configuration knowledge to strengthen solution design.
