Responsibilities

• Device Diagnosis: Inspect mobile devices to identify hardware and software issues. Use diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint problems accurately.
• Repairs and Maintenance: Perform hardware repairs such as screen replacements, battery replacements, and component soldering.
• Troubleshoot and fix software issues, including operating system problems, software updates, and application errors.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain mobile devices during the repair process.
• Replace damaged or faulty components like cameras, speakers, and charging ports.
• Data Backup and Recovery: Safely backup and restore customer data before and after repairs.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all repairs meet quality standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct thorough testing of devices post-repair to verify functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest mobile device technology and repair techniques.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs, device details, and repair procedures.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Handle hazardous materials (e.g., batteries) safely and responsibly.
