Job Description

s:

Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repair and other hardware/software issues. Diagnose and repair a variety of smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles and smartwatches. Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards. Conduct final tests on devices to verify functionality after repair. Communicate effectively with customers about the status and cost of repairs. Provide professional advice on device maintenance and care. Adhere to company guidelines and operational protocols. Ensure all repairs are logged and documented accurately in the system. Stay updated on the latest repair techniques, tools, and industry trends. Demonstrate a willingness to participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills. Able to work on rotational shift (if needed).

Requirements:

We are open and welcoming for male or female technician. Language ability: Malay, English and Mandarin (bonus). Good characters and personality.

Soft Skills:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
