About The Job

The System Engineer, Smart\xc2\xae P&ID is responsible for overall administration of Intelligent P&ID project database by using Intergraph Smart\xc2\xae P&ID, ensuring Information Management requirements are adhered to,and providing technical support to relevant project stakeholder.

\xef\x82\xb7 Act as a role model for the Project team member(s) for ESG and TEN values and contribute to T.EN\'s

purpose of breaking boundaries to engineer a sustainable future

\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in QHSES program, ensuring health and safety of personnel

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring compliance to GBPMS, BCMS, ICMS, DWP, GWPs and other related quality control

procedures for Project Execution Systems perimeter

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction of PES perimeter (Contractual requirements

fulfilment, documents/databases delivered on time, etc.)

Project Execution Support:

\xef\x82\xb7 Setup, configuration, and maintenance of Smart\xc2\xae P&ID database environment.

\xef\x82\xb7 Create Plant Structure as per the plant breakdown structure.

\xef\x82\xb7 Create roles and provide database access for all user groups.

\xef\x82\xb7 Establish and maintain Data Dictionary, Rules, Filters, Formats, Symbology and Settings.

\xef\x82\xb7 Customization of symbol library as per the project requirements.

\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare Smart\xc2\xae P&ID Implementation Procedure for configuration and workflow, following

department and client drafting methods and standards.

\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare Work Instructions for P&ID users.

\xef\x82\xb7 Setup connected or standalone work share environment for multiple contractors.

\xef\x82\xb7 Publish reference data for standalone work share environment.

\xef\x82\xb7 Publish satellite drawings on host database.

\xef\x82\xb7 Create Display sets and prepare quality checking procedures.

\xef\x82\xb7 Create report templates for Line list, Valve list, MTO, Equipment list ect.

\xef\x82\xb7 Extract various reports as necessary for reporting and Information Mangement.

\xef\x82\xb7 Trouble-shoot and solve technical problems to ensure project integrity.

\xef\x82\xb7 Help develop automation enhancements.

\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct training sessions for new users.

\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain and verify daily backup routines.

\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with other departments regarding P&ID related issues.

\xef\x82\xb7 Clean-up and prepare database for Final Handover, inclusive of Database Handover Note.

Continous Improvement and Expertise:

\xef\x82\xb7 Support harmornization of Project Execution Systems work processes, methodology and tools,

ensuring standardized deployment of its software and activities

\xef\x82\xb7 Collect needs and feedbacks from Project team for continous improvement

\xef\x82\xb7 Support lean execution of projects by registering ideas for continous improvement.

About You

\xef\x82\xb7 Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Information Management.

\xef\x82\xb7 10 years of working experience in Smart\xc2\xae P&ID administration.

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in managing FEED, Detailed Design and EPC projects

\xef\x82\xb7 Good understanding of Engineering workflows including inter-discipline processes.

\xef\x82\xb7 Able to communicate efficiently in diverse working environment including counterparts of various

geographical location and culture.

\xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge on 2D CAD application such as SmartSketch, AutoCAD & MicroStation.

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge in VBA Programing Language.

\xef\x82\xb7 Possess fundamental knowledge on Information Management requirement\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in English.
