Assist Company Secretary in corporate secretarial and administrative matters and ensuring statutory compliance for group companies
Organize, Coordinate and compile meeting paper for Board and Board meeting.
Assist in the preparation of minutes and to maintain proper filling system
Prepare company’s Annual Report and other reports and analysis as required
Assist in ad-hoc assignments and administrative matter
Requirement:
ICSA qualification or currently perusing ICSA course
At least 2 years’ experience in handling corporate secretarial matters, exposure in a public listed company or secretarial practice will be an added advantage
Experience in Public Listed company is an advantage
Good interpersonal, communication and minutes writing skills
