Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Team Management Support * Assist the MCM in managing and coordinating the daily tasks of the MC team

  • Monitor RS Routine Service RC Routine Collection and sales performance of MCs
  • Handle VOC Voice of Customer cases especially those involving irregular RS or sales
Onboarding and Training * Onboard newly joined MCs and ensure smooth integration into the team
  • Conduct On the Job Training OJT to equip new MCs with the necessary skills and knowledge
Operations and Logistics * Ensure sufficient stock of uniforms tools and equipment for the MC team
  • Prepare filter quantity forecasts for Warehouse Admin to request from the SCM team
  • Verify and approve supporting documents for RS postponements or cancellations submitted by MCs
Performance and Compliance * Review and verify mileage reimbursement claims submitted by MCs
  • Conduct inventory audits in collaboration with the Service Operations Team
  • Perform RS tasks during manpower shortages due to contract terminations or MC absences
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field
  • Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Preferably SENIOR MAGIC CARE specializing in Management or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
  • 1 CONTRACT positions available
