Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- To join site visit / training arranged by management (Occasion)
- Checking job assigned (Daily)
- Mileage/daily claim
- Remind customers about CSS / contact for RS appointment
- Submit any claim (Medical)
- To report any irregular RS request
- To complete the RS job assigned
- OJT with Low Performer / MC Training (if any)
- Report special/issues cases to MCM
- Focus on RC side
- Assisting in stock/filter checking
- Assisting MCM (If any)
- Candidate should possess a Primary / Secondary School, Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Business Field,All Services Field,All Others Field
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
- 24 Contract positions available
