• Develop and implement SMD processes and procedures to support electronic manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing of electronic products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SMD manufacturing processes.
• Manage SMD production schedules and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Train and mentor junior SMD technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SMD manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in SMD manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
