Permanent contract Full Time We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SME Partner Onboarding Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of our Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) partners.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding program for SME partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Conduct needs analysis and gap assessments to identify opportunities for improvement in the onboarding process. Develop and maintain relationships with SME partners, providing timely and effective communication throughout the onboarding process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for SME partners during the onboarding process. Manage the documentation and tracking of partner onboarding activities. Analyze data and provide insights to continuously improve the partner onboarding process.

Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are highly welcomed Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (Chinese speaking is preferred)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
