English (B2 CEFR or above) + Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese.
Min. 1 year Trainer/SME experience in BPO/Contact Centre (Senior: 3+ years preferred).
Strong facilitation, content development & coaching skills.
Experience in e-commerce/marketplace accounts is a plus.
Able to work on-site in Johor, Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri.
