Kelayakan

  • Diploma/Degree or higher.
  • English (B2 CEFR or above) + Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Min. 1 year Trainer/SME experience in BPO/Contact Centre (Senior: 3+ years preferred).
  • Strong facilitation, content development & coaching skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce/marketplace accounts is a plus.
  • Able to work on-site in Johor, Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri.
Tanggungjawab
  • Conduct onboarding, refresher & skills training.
  • Act as SME for processes, SOPs & escalations.
  • Coach agents and monitor training effectiveness.
  • Update knowledgebase and training content.
  • Support multiple lines of business as needed.
