Job Description

1. Candidate must have at least 2-3 years experience as developer specifically using Tibco business works 6.x and related Tibco products

2. Relevant experience in development and implementation of Tibco products and services in Telecommunications field for a major SEA Telco company

3. Must be able to show examples of complex and proven Tibco business works implementation in related Telco industry

4. Must be able understand client s requirements for TIBCO design, codes and architecture with minimal guidance and be able to deal with client directly.

5. Able to deliver technical documentation inclusive of Tibco source codes and able to articulate details to client in English and Bahasa Malaysia

6. Must have completed at least 4 major System Implementation lifecycles with end-to-end process such as (Requirements gathering, design, development, testing and application deployment)

7. Able to independently analyze fixes or issues arising from Tibco applications and services

8. Able to design, develop, build, and configure the solutions to meet design specifications based on Tibco applications

9. Able to configure Tibco business work codes and objects using core workflow principles that are well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.

10. Able to define and propose all testing scenarios including exception rules using Tibco applications for client.

11. Able to support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing on the Tibco applications and ensure fixes are updated as per agreed requirement scope.

12. Show sufficient knowledge on how to perform and support code merge process for Tibco Business works and related services

13. Able to perform migration to production environment after all testing and Tibco application technical setup.

14. Able to Internalize business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution and recommend improvements into related Tibco Business Works functionalities.
