Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, setup, and calibration of SMT machines (e.g., screen printer, pick & place, reflow oven, AOI, SPI). Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on SMT equipment to minimize downtime. Support new product introduction (NPI) by preparing SMT programs, stencil designs, and line setup. Troubleshoot machine, process, and quality issues to ensure stable production output. Develop, monitor, and optimize SMT process parameters Conduct process capability studies, yield analysis, and defect trend monitoring to identify improvement opportunities. Perform root cause and corrective action (RCCA) for process-related issues. improvement of line tools/jigs to achieve high quality. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to improve efficiency and yield. Work closely with Production, Quality, and Process Engineers to optimize SMT processes. Provide technical training and guidance to technicians and operators.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or related Engineering field. Minimum 2-5 years' experience in SMT equipment engineering within EMS or PCB assembly environment. Hands-on experience with SMT equipment brands (e.g., Yamaha, Panasonic, Fuji, Juki, ASM, DEK, etc.). Familiar with SMT processes and inspection systems (SPI, AOI, reflow profiling, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Able to work independently and support shift operations when required.
