Who will you be working for:

Our client is a prominent German MNC located in the Bayan Lepas FIZ. They are rapidly expanding and are looking for great talent to join their organization.

What will you be doing:

To perform SMT capacity validation via full implementation of CAPP (Computer Added Process Planning); To study overall products Cycle Time, customer approval, machines configurations, forecast, operation models and product types data for software optimization; To troubleshoot when encounter errors in software optimization; Perform manufacturing line balancing, capacity analysis and production scheduling with cross functional team; Create and utilize capacity models to enable accurate assessment of production loading and scheduling; To discuss with other related departments (Logistics, Final Assembly, Engineering and Production) for capacity loading; Explore Data Analytics tools, analyze and resolve capacity constraint in order to support manufacturing commitment to customer orders and demands; To prepare monthly master waterfall chart on Surface-mount technology (SMT) loading, customer demand, capacity and others; Main person for Surface-mount technology (SMT) leveling projects; To follow up on daily Surface-mount technology (SMT) production output with the production supervisors; To track stock level of inventory/semi completed/holding in Work In Process (WIP) / staging area; To prepare the daily report required from time to time (eg: production tracking report); To lead improvement projects on planning and scheduling (eg: system planning). What you will need to suceed:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent. Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial engineering within a mass production environment. Experiences in production planning (line layout and process flow). Good problem solving and familiar in using SAP, CAPP, and Microsoft Office excel.

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
