About the role:
As a
SMT Supervisor
you will be responsible for ensuring production quality, improving yield, and enhancing overall efficiency. The role also includes conducting induction training and job performance assessments for new employees, as well as maintaining 6S standards at the production site to ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Responsibilities:
Complete work tasks on time and with guaranteed quality and quantity according to the production plan;
Responsible for the material control of the production line and the closing and clearing of production orders;
Responsible for improving production efficiency and quality;
Responsible for new employee induction training and job assessment;
Responsible for handling abnormal production during the shift, and communicating and coordinating with personnel of the same level in various departments;
Maintenance of 6S at the work site.
Requirements
SPM or above
Proficient in identifying electronic components and familiar with SMT production process;
Master SMT efficiency, quality, work orders, on-site 6S, and personnel management
Addition experience to operate Koh Young and placement machines or other SMT production equipment;
Able to communicate with various departments and have strong execution ability
Able to operate word, excel system.
