Key Responsibilities

Familiar with SMT production process (e.g., Printer > SPI > Mounter > Reflow > AOI)

Familiar with basic electronic components and SMT tools (microscope, measurement tools)

Able to read product drawings, BOM, sample boards and inspection standards.

Able to identify common SMT defects as well as judge solder joint quality and appearance risks.

Strong STOP & CALL awareness when abnormal conditions arise.

Maintain accurate production records and line documentation (Inspection record, abnormal report, 8D-related information).

Follow 6S workplace organization and safety requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics inspection in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with SMT machines such as Yamaha, Fuji, Panasonic, or equivalent.

Possess knowledge of IPC-A-610 visual acceptance criteria ( Class 2 / Class 3)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components.

Basic troubleshooting skills for SMT equipment.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Able to work in shifts or rotating shifts.

Physically able to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
