Liaise with government agencies related to marketing function such as MATRADE.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments and competitors activities.
CUSTOMER SERVICE (EXPORT)
Attend to customer inquiries and complaints.
Supervising operational activities, including order processing, delivery coordination, and administrative tasks.
Handle incoming Sales Order Processing and follow up on the delivery status.
Coordinate logistics and export of shipping documents.
Renew Export Documents Prepare and consolidate Sales Reports and other relevant reports as required, including tracking pending orders.
Chinese speaking candidate preferred
